WHAT IS THE FIVE BEHAVIORS CERTIFICATION?

As a Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner, you'll have the power to create a culture of teamwork, with high performing teams that elevate the entire organization and drive results. It is a virtual, two-week, learning experience designed for practitioners who want to deepen their level of expertise in The Five Behaviors. The course consists of:

Self-Paced Learning

Training includes five engaging and immediately-applicable self-paced learning modules that you’ll retain access to after the course concludes.

Virtual Classroom

Four live, virtual classroom sessions over two weeks. Each week you’ll participate in two 2 hour sessions to learn from other professionals.

Deepen Your Understanding

Familiarize yourself with The Five Behaviors and explore how to build and deliver impactful learning to address unique team training needs.

Practice Facilitation Techniques

Receive valuable feedback from your peers in a supportive environment while you practice facilitation techniques to strengthen your skills.

Take the Exam

Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner.
