For a number of years WATMEC has been promoting Training Transfer Strategies. The companies who implement this concept have achieved increased sustainability of the learning including additional implementation of the new skills and behaviours back on the job.
Action Plan Meeting
  • Within two weeks of the scheduled training session, WATMEC will meet with the learner’s manager to review the pre-workshop guide and confirm the desired learning / performance outcomes.
Post-Workshop Guide
  • To enhance on-the-job reinforcement, we will provide post-training implementation references for the learner’s manager.
Success Measures Meeting
  • Three months after the training sessions, we will meet with participants to review their outcomes and performance achievements.
Additionally, WATMEC offers optional online content, email reinforcement, and individual coaching.
