This online training will help you understand what it takes to be a manager that is sought after, and hone the skills needed to lead teams to maximum satisfaction and productivity.
In this course, participants will learn from in-the-trenches examples and cases from an internationally recognized facilitator and coach. Develop the skills to manage a team to maximum satisfaction and productivity. Focus is on foundational and advanced skills of supervisory and managerial levels.
This program is multi-leveled. First learners will view a video on the topic being explored in that module. Next they will attend a 2-hour session with like-minded leaders. There will be an application exercise after each module to assist in skill integration. The 11 modules are offered every two weeks to give participants the opportunity to practice each skill before learning the next. Each month the students will attend a 30-minute one-on-one session with the leader to discuss individual challenges and successes.
