You will also complete a Time Mastery profile that will help you identify your gaps under attitude, goals, priorities, planning, scheduling, interruptions, meetings, written communication, delegation, procrastination and team time. With each category you will be introduced to strategies and ways to improve. If you want to get your life back under control, this is a positive way to do so.
In this fast paced day you will learn a simple process to use during negotiation, four solid negotiation strategies and identify your own preferred style, and how to use this information. Work through numerous individual and group activities that will challenge your learning.
In pre-training assessments, WATMEC establishes measurable learning outcomes, to ensure the ‘right fit’. For example, making presentations in a classroom with feedback from the facilitator and group is ideal for improving presentation skills.
