Learn the difference between a problem solving and Appreciative Inquiry approach, how to ask questions to discover the best experiences and uncover core strengths, best practices and success factors. Material is based on material developed by David Cooperrrider and Diana Whitney.

This program will help you to read and understand the purposes of different types of financial reports. You will be introduced to different methods of accounting in order to gain understanding of the one used in your organization. Learn to transform your clients’ perceptions of your value-added services and products, recognize the various negotiation styles, learn to develop your own strategies and tactics, and finally understand the changing dynamics of negotiation.

Learn a simple clear sequent of steps for process definition, analysis, resolution and change planning. One of the outputs of this process is the uncovering of the real, underlying causes of problems. Fishbone diagramming, brainstorming and root cause analysis are classic practices but often poorly understood and executed.

Working with a Time Mastery profile we identify your time management gaps. Learn key habits of good time management, identify where you are and what you can change quickly, develop some SMART goals then task analyze them to make it happen. Discover how to create priorities and set boundaries, in order to increase your productivity. (Note: If all the techniques are used, the learner will gain up to three hours a week.)

We will have you complete a stress assessment prior to the program. Building on this information you will learn to identify the fundamental causes of stress and how you can deal with, eliminate or avoid these stressors. Understand the role of good health, physical exercise, and mental attitude on your ability to manage stress in your life. Come away with some excellent exercises and ideas to limit stress in your life.

Explore time proven management principles, how to concentrate on the essentials, and how to use your time wisely. Apply the 10 priority questions to a “real” activity and how to set your priorities. Explore the steps of managing self and others effectively. There will be a coaching clinic and you will create a Commitment Journal.

Getting control of your time is key to personal and professional success. In this program you will start by filling in a log for several days, three weeks before the program. You will also complete a Time Mastery profile that will help you identify your gaps under attitude, goals, priorities, planning, scheduling, interruptions, meetings, written communication, delegation, procrastination and team time. With each category you will be introduced to strategies and ways to improve. If you want to get your life back under control, this is a positive way to do so.

In this fast paced day you will learn a simple process to use during negotiation, four solid negotiation strategies and identify your own preferred style, and how to use this information. Work through numerous individual and group activities that will challenge your learning.
